Postponement has been decided for the World Masters Games 2021 Kansai.
The new dates are being arranged.
Please note that the followings are the information before the postponement was confirmed.

Archery is a sport that bow is used to shoot arrows and the score is higher at the center of the target, and the archer with highest score wins. Target archery is a competition that takes place on a flat outdoor ground, and is divided into a “recurve”, “compound” and “Barebow” depending on the shapes of the bow used.
　[Recurve]: The distance to the target is 60m or 70m and the target size is 122cm.
　[Compound]: The distance to the garget is 50m and the target size is 80cm.
　[Barebow]: The distance to the garget is 50m and the target size is 122cm.

・Para athlete divisions are determined according to the bow type (Recurve and Compound). There will be no classification for the varying degrees of physical impairment (no wheelchair [W1, W2] or standing / sitting [ST] classes).
・Distance of each division will be the same as that of the General Division.
　* Classification Card will be checked at equipment inspection.

* Only the Recurve and Compound in the age category of 50+ of men and women will be integrated into the World Archery Masters Championships hosted by WA.

- For safety reasons, it is advised participants should have adequate archery experience and are comfortable at shooting the distances of the event safely.
- Athletes competing in the Para Athlete Divisions must have a valid Classification card issued by their country’s para archery federation (in Japan: Japan Para Archery Federation).

Age Requirement

Minimum age is 30 (born on or before 31st December 1992)

There will be no on-site registration services at the competition venue. At the time of Equipment Inspection, simply present your Accreditation Card (card issued at a Games accreditation service desk).
